What are customized projects?
For some, a dream home is space, square footage, functionality, for others cozy decor and ecological solutions. We have developed a system that, based on what is most important to each customer, allows you to select a house design and tailor it to individual requirements while maintaining the construction budget.
Our designs are the basis on which we are able to make thousands of unique realizations tailored to you.

budget
We take your budget into account with every project and its modifications. You don’t have unpleasant surprises during construction.
CONDITIONS
Can’t decide between a single-story or a two-story house? No problem. Each project provides for both options.
garage
You do not have to look for projects with garage requirements. With us, you can have a 1 or 2 stall garage in each project, or you can dispense with it altogether
conservatory
A conservatory is reserved only for residences? Nothing could be further from the truth. Most of our projects are built with a conservatory and we can include it in any project.
height
High or low ceiling in the living room? Each has its own charms therefore we are prepared to be able to apply both versions in any project.
